Early bird registration closes: February 28th, 2025
Regular registration closes: April 18th, 2025

Note: All rates are inclusive of the following:

  • Wednesday, May 21: Breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks
  • Thursday, May 22: Breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks and gala dinner (off-site)
  • Friday, May 23: Breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks

With the exception of the gala dinner, all food and beverages will be provided at the conference venue (Biosciences Complex, Queen’s University)
